Stunning Aston Martin series III V8 in metallic Jubilee Silver, Black Leather, 5 Speed manual Gearbox, registered 9th May 1974, MOT til Oct 2011, including almost all the old MOT's, Massive history file, including photographs of restoration in 2005 and detailed receipts for all parts and work. The initial restoration was £30,000.00 approx and another £20,000.00 has been spent over the last 5 years. The car went to Aston Engineering for storage in 2006, they carried out additional minor works. The water and oil cooling systems are to the original specification. It may be worth mentioning that the engine was subject to a full re-build in which all wearing parts were replaced and new 580X pistons allowed for installation of larger inlet valves as required for lead free petrol. High performance cams were fitted as was a larger bore stainless steel exhaust and cruciform. New Tyres all round, Finance available on request, subject to status. |
